We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In original packaging with all tags and labels
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

Return Process

  • Reason for return
  • Photos of the item (if damaged or defective)

Step 2: Get Return Authorization

We’ll respond within 1-2 business days with:

  • Return authorization number (RMA)
  • Return shipping instructions
  • Return address

Step 3: Ship Your Return

  • Package items securely in original packaging
  • Include RMA number on package
  • Use trackable shipping method
  • Customer pays return shipping costs (unless item is defective)

Refund Processing

  • Refunds processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return
  • Original payment method will be credited
  • You’ll receive email confirmation when refund is processed

Refund Amount

  • Full refund for eligible returns in original condition
  • Partial refund may apply for items returned without original packaging

Exchanges

Damaged or Defective Items

Holiday and Gift Returns

Extended Holiday Returns

  • Items purchased November 1 – December 25 can be returned until January 31
  • Gift recipients can return items without original receipt
  • Gift returns processed as store credit if no receipt provided

Gift Cards and Store Credit

  • Gift cards are non-refundable
  • Store credit never expires
